The studio is the full downstairs of our family home that has its own entrance. It has a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa with Direct TV and free WiFi. Your will be located in an excellent location just one mile up Trunk road from the Glenn Highway and just minutes away from Hatchers Pass. You would be located just across the street from Mat-Su Community College, and a quarter a mile away from Mat-Su Regional Hospital. Our location allows you to quickly get off the grid in a quiet easy to reach location. More then ample parking leads to your private entrance to your private 1,500 square foot of living space with two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a large living area. Your kitchenette area is fully stocked and has a large fridge with freezer, micro-wave, Keurig coffee, blender, hot and cold water dispenser, a hot plate with cooking pots and pans. There is a a almost 300 square foot deck at your entrance, and a almost 500 square foot deck on the second floor that allows for incredible views of Hatcher's Pass. Just outside your entrance and off your deck is a fire pit, and lots of cut wood. The Williwaw is a spacious home in the Central Mat-Su Valley near Wasilla. Large, south-facing windows keep the space bright throughout the year, with privacy provided by a dense forest. A massive, open kitchen and long dining table make cooking and group meals a breeze. The indoor balcony offers a semi-private nook for relaxing. 4 spacious bedrooms give groups room to spread out while a large, open living room brings everyone together for food, games, and movie nights. Visitors may get the chance to view Alaskan wildlife like moose, owls, eagles, and hares that frequent the wooded property. High-speed Wi-Fi will keep you connected, and have no fear, a washer/dryer will keep your life smelling decent after your outdoor escapades. You have full access to the home and lawns. A garage, though pictured, will not be available for parking. However, there is ample driveway parking for any number of vehicles. The home is located on Fairview Loop, a country road that passes old pre-statehood homes, farms, and horse pastures with spectacular views of the Chugach Mountain Range. Neighbors are far apart as much of the land has been minimally subdivided. That said — stores, coffee shops, and entertainment are just a mile or so down the road in Wasilla. Visitors can enjoy the Valley's many exciting outdoor experiences, find a fun, small-town feel in nearby Palmer or Talkeetna, or take a quick drive to Anchorage to dive into incredible local history, cuisine, and culture.

The Chalet is a comfortable fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house (complete with laundry facilities and stainless appliances) tucked away in the Mat-Su Valley off of the Palmer Fishhook road; only a short 10 miles from downtown Palmer. The Chalet is a private fully furnished modern living space featuring two bedrooms, two bath, kitchen, and laundry. The Cottage has a wonderful view of the Chugach Mountains, Alaskan wildlife, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and our famous auroras. In the Summer you can hike, bike, fish, or stay and hang out on the patio taking in the Chugach range. In the winter you will have the opportunity to ski or snowshoe from your front door. Other winter time activities in the area include the northern lights, mushing, Nordic and Alpine skiing, ice climbing, glacier tours and fat tire biking. Please have them on a leash while going to and from yard, thank you We supply towels, sheets, ironing board and iron along with bathroom supplies. The studio provides three twin beds. Convenient location across the way from the State Fair grounds. Noisy Goose restaurant is right down the road. Property has a barn with 8 stables and two electrical fenced pastures if you are hauling any livestock ( extra fee). The studio is located above the garage, so there are stairs getting up to the studio... Not recommended for people with bad knees or with walking disabilities
